SHIPPING
All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Free Priority 2-3 Day Domestic Shipping via USPS is available on all Domestic Orders. When shipping an item for an exchange, the replaced item will be charged shipping cost of $6 in the United States. Refunds will be processed minus $6 shipping cost. See Refund section for more information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS
All International orders will be processed with paypal and will be shipped within 48-72 hours. International orders will be shipped via USPS Express Mail, which includes tracking and insurance of up to $100. Cost and delivery time vary depending on location and weight of item purchased. Cost can be estimated at the Shopping Cart when item(s) is selected. Just estimate cost by entering your country and postal code. Delivery time normally runs 6-10 business days from date of shipment and depending on location.
International orders may incur customs fees. You are responsible for paying the customs and import duties. We cannot determine in advance what these charges will be. Please contact your local customs office to determine the customs costs. It is your responsibility to verify the customs and duty charges and procedures in your country before placing your order.
IMPORTANT: If you refuse to pay charges levied by your country, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges. You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the package. These charges will be deducted from your refunded amount due. In case item is returned undeliverable, a refund will be issued minus the shipping costs. We do not charge a re-stocking fee at this time.
PRE-ORDERS
When purchasing a Pre-Order item online, we provide an estimated shipping date that is provided to us by the manufacturer. There may be unforeseen delays and from time to time the manufacturer will cancel an item if over sold. Our staff will always keep you updated on your order. You may cancel your Pre-Order at any time by simply contacting us via email or phone. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. However, your credit card company or bank may place a hold on these funds.
REFUND/EXCHANGE INFORMATION
Envious Boutique gladly accepts any unworn item for return within 7 days of date item was shipped. All tags to be intact and item in same condition it was when shipped. If exchanging an item, shipping cost will be charged for the replaced shipment. PLEASE NOTE: All sales on Accessories, Hosiery and Clearance Sale Items are Final Sale, no exceptions.
All refunds will be credited to the same credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase, minus shipping cost. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your return for your account to be credited. It could take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
